Year 11 Hospitality

The Year 11 Hospitality students have been refining their culinary skills throughout term 2. They have been participating in a practical unit called Prepare and Present Sandwiches.

 

This unit involves students making a variety of sandwich types to showcase their culinary skills and meeting the requirements of the training package. The students are gaining more and more confidence in their skills with each practical lesson. Next term, they will continue with sandwiches and then move onto more advanced recipes to test their culinary skills.
