Grevillea House

My name is Tahera A, Year 10 SRC of Grevillea House for 2024.

I am delighted to be part of the SRC and have the opportunity to make our Dandenong High School community greater by advocating positive changes around our school environment. 

This Term, our main focus was to encourage students to say “Yes” more often, especially when there are so many fun and exciting school activities to engage in. Events like the Push-up Challenge creates the advantage of helping our Dandenong community, where students from Houses raise funds for mental health platforms and take up the challenge of performing a series of push-ups for better physical and mental health. We can support our community by saying “Yes” to these events and taking up the challenge. 

We are also busy preparing for the Chorales Competition on Thursday 27th June at 6pm. Make sure you come to watch and support our House!

I wish everyone a happy, safe, restful holiday and a fresh start for Term 3.
