Term 2 Recap!
Our recent Athletics Carnival was an outstanding success, drawing the largest turnout since 2018 and showcasing the vibrant spirit of our school community. From spirited House colours to exhilarating competitions, the day was filled with excitement and camaraderie.
Highlights included teachers racing alongside students in the 400m relay, creative costumes adding colour and flair, and an impressive 24,990 push-ups at the active station. Congratulations to Callistemon House for their well-deserved victory!
Additionally, Year 12 students finally received their stylish jumpers, marking a significant moment of pride and accomplishment. Looking forward, our community is rallying behind the Push-ups Challenge to raise funds for Dandenong Headspace, further demonstrating our commitment to supporting mental health initiatives.
As we anticipate the upcoming chorales, let us continue to celebrate unity, resilience, and the collective spirit that defines our school community. Together, we prove that with passion and purpose, we can achieve remarkable things.

Year 11 Leadership Development Program
In Term 2, the school’s Year 11 Leadership Development Program has supported our students with their understanding of themselves and how they can activate leadership and collaboration to achieve positive outcomes. So far this term, students have completed a Team Challenge (scavenger hunt around the school - test yourself below), Persuasion Presentations and self-reflection activities. Term 3, will provide further experiences for our Year 11’s, including a Leadership Trip to the City in August.
