Socktober

On Wednesday 25th October, 2023 we experienced a very competitive goal kicking competition for Socktober! The students enjoyed playing with the Sockballs. It was quite an experience to understand how children in developing countries are creative in their approach to play, when they don't have access to all the resources and equipment we are so fortunate to have here in Australia. Thank you to Mr Simpson for co-ordinating the goal kicking competition and congratulations to Kindergarten and Year 6, the winners of our goal kicking competition.

World Teacher’s Day - Thank You

A big Thank You to all the generous families who contributed delicious meals and treats for our staff last Friday 27th October, 2023 as we celebrated World Teacher’s Day. The SPaR about  the Tea Cup story was very special and was followed by the delicious lunch and afternoon tea. Our teacher’s felt super spoilt!

All Souls

This year, the school and parish have collaborated for an All Souls prayer service and candle decorating, in memory of lost loved ones. See the flyer for more details. If you would like to participate please register direct with me lucille.gravina@syd.catholic.edu.au.

Year 5 Parents

Playgroup

This week in Playgroup we celebrated Halloween and the children made their very own Halloween mobile. What fun!

Volunteer Thank you Morning Tea

To honour the time dedicated to our school throughout 2023, we will host  a Volunteer Thank You Morning Tea on Wednesday 6th December 2023. It is an opportunity for us to say thank you to parents, carers and volunteers who have dedicated their time in various capacities such as Kiss and Go, Reading and other activities and initiatives.
