 Confirmation

Confirmation

Congratulations to the nineteen young people from our Parish who were confirmed by Bishop Tony Ireland on Saturday 28 October.

The Mass was a very beautiful celebration of faith, with Bishop Tony making all of the candidates feel very comfortable with his kind and jovial manner!

Thank you to Fr John Prince, Fr Sebastian and Deacon Mario for concelebrating the Mass as well as the altar servers and Kolio Choir who made it such a memorable event.

Congratulations to the candidates for achieving this significant milestone in their faith journey, we are so proud of you for taking this important step in your spiritual life.

We pray that as you continue to grow in your faith, the Holy Spirit will guide and empower you throughout your life.

Remembrance Day

Tomorrow the students will acknowledge Remembrance Day, by observing one minute's silence at 11am.

Remembrance Day occurs on November 11 and we feel it important to take a moment to reflect on the significance of this solemn day,  honoring the sacrifices made by those who served our country in the war.

Remembrance Day is not just an observance of the past but also an opportunity to educate our children about the values of peace, respect, and gratitude.
