ARE YOU LEAVING SKYE?
If your child/ren will be leaving Skye P.S. at the end of 2024, and you haven't notified the office can you please do so as soon as possible by either phoning 9786 1555 or email skye.ps@education.vic.gov.au. Planning for the 2024 is well underway for all schools.
LOST PROPERTY
We have a huge tub of unnamed lost property in the foyer outside the STEAM room. Any unnamed uniform that isn't claimed will be donated to our secondhand uniform shop next week.
School Dress Code Policy
The Student Dress Code aims to:
- foster a sense of community and belonging and encourages students to develop pride in their appearance
- support Skye Primary School’s commitment to ensuring that our students feel equal and are dressed safely and appropriately for school activities
- reduce student competition on the basis of clothing
- enhance the profile and identity of the school and its students within the wider community.
The School Council has developed a dress code that we believe provides a range of choices for students and is cost effective for families.
