School Photo Days - Monday 25 and Tuesday 26 March

It's nearly time for our school photo days. Personalised ordering envelopes have been distributed to students.

Sibling Photos

This year, Fotoworks has a new process for arranging and ordering sibling photos. The order now needs to be placed using the same personalised envelope that you usually receive, rather than receiving a separate envelope on the day. Please place your online order by 12 noon on Friday 22 March.

If you don't have the envelope to hand, please go to the Fotoworks website, click on 'Order Online' and type in this code: 4QF8S367 on the Photo Day button.

Then put your details in here.

Spare sibling envelopes will be held at Reception only for those families who do not wish to order online and Reception will keep a list of whom those envelopes have been handed out to.

Sibling photos have been scheduled from 7.45am to 8.30am on both days.

Schedule

The schedule for the two days can be found below:

Ordering Specialist Photos

Once Fotoworks has put all images online, we will email families with further instructions. Parents will be able to use the individual access key provided for photo day to order any group photo the students have been photographed in.

If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact me at julia.bairstow@gsg.wa.edu.au

Dental Therapy Centre News

Spencer Park Dental Therapy Centre offers free dental examinations, oral care advice, preventative, restorative and emergency treatment for children from Pre-Primary to Year Eleven.

Enrolment forms will soon be issued to your child if they have recently changed schools or enrolled in Pre-Primary, please return the forms to your school by Friday 19 April if you wish to use our service.

Parents of enrolled students are reminded to contact the Centre to update your details if you have moved in the last few years. All appointments are posted home, many are returned due to incorrect addresses, this means that your child misses out on their dental visit. If you no longer intend to use our service and attend a private dental clinic, please let us know as soon as possible as your valuable appointment could be taken up by someone else. You can call us on 9841 3967 or send us an email to spencerparkdtc@health.wa.gov.au.

Unfortunately, our clinics do not have reception staff, your child will be enrolled as soon as possible. They may not receive an exam appointment for up to 12 months. Please call us if your child is in pain.
