Students from class 5/6H enthusiastically engaged in a series of enriching workshops in celebration of Harmony Day. These dynamic sessions were skilfully led by esteemed members of the Swan Hill Harmony Day Committee, dedicated to fostering cultural understanding and unity within the community.

Throughout the workshops, the focus was on immersing students in Indigenous perspectives, offering them a profound insight into traditional practices and values. From learning captivating cultural dances to experiencing the mesmerizing sounds of the didgeridoo, students actively participated in every aspect, embracing the opportunity to broaden their cultural horizons. They also had the chance to explore a variety of traditional Indigenous instruments, gaining a deeper appreciation for their significance in Indigenous culture. These workshops not only provided valuable knowledge but also nurtured a spirit of respect, curiosity, and appreciation for diverse cultures among the students.
