Captains' Corner

Welcome to the Captain’s Corner, with Hamish and Cleo!

These past few weeks have been absolutely phenomenal….

Thank you to everyone; parents, teachers, grandparents, friends of friends and especially our dedicated students. Amazing job to everyone who performed in our school musical Finding Nemo Jr.

In our sport lessons we have had a Frisbee clinic come in to teach us how to properly throw a frisbee and much more. It has been a very unique experience and a fun one at that.

We would like to thank on behalf of the school; Ms Karen, all of her wonderful helpers and all the schools that were able to help us with props and costumes. Thank you to Ms Moore, Ms Cleere, Ms Bascombe and Ms Daws as well as all of the teachers for playing very important roles in the production.

Recently we had a RACV incursion on safety around the road. We learnt about being a pedestrian and a cyclist and how we can learn to live in harmony with motor powered vehicles.

On Friday the Year 6’s presented an exhibition featuring our Finding Nemo Jr dioramas. It was an awesome show of conscientious work in Year 6.

There are a few upcoming important events, especially for the Year 6’s, such as Big Day Out, swimming carnival and Graduation.
