Lamont Book Fair

Our annual Book Fair has arrived and the buzz of excitement amongst the students and staff has begun!

Book Fair will be open before and after school starting this afternoon Friday 17th November and will be with us for one week (week 8 of our school term), leaving on the morning of Friday 24th November

Lamont Books are an Australian family-owned business, that supply quality children’s books, with prices starting at $5.00.

All students will have the opportunity to browse the Book Fair during their library lessons of that week, completing a ‘Wish List’ to take home of any books that they think they would love to have for their own personal collections!

Book Fair will be open for half an hour both before and after school during this time and we’d love to see our families visit and have a look at what is available. With the festive season coming up, books are always a lovely idea for presents and we’re sure that you’ll find ideas that you might not have previously seen in the big stores.

Scholastic Book Club

The brochure for our final Scholastic Book Club for the year, issue 8, will be distributed next week. Closing date for orders is Thursday 30th November 2023. If you place orders that you do not want to be sent home via your children, please mark the orders as ‘gifts’, or advise us via a message. When the orders come in we will advise you and hold them at the office for pick-up at any time that suits you.

Happy Reading!
