Culture Club

Thank you to all of the students who have participated in Culture Club this year. It has been great to experience some different activities from around the world with you all.

In 2024, Culture Club will continue:

Term 1 - Sepuluh Bunga Project

Students who speak a different language other than English will be asked to participate in a singing activity.  We will be recording students singing the ‘Sepuluh Bunga’ (Ten Flowers) song in as many different languages as we can.

Term 2 - Sayembara Lisan

Students who are interested in participating in the Indonesian Speaking Competition will need to attend practise sessions in the Indonesian classroom.

Term 3 - Games from around the world

Students will be invited into the Indonesian classroom to play different games from a number of different countries.

Term 4 - Christmas Carols

Students are invited to volunteer to perform a special number at the Christmas Carols as a group.  They will be required to practise in the Indonesian classroom.

I am really looking forward to another year of Culture Club at CHPS.
