Remembrance Day

On Friday, 10 November 2023, Roselea Public School paused to commemorate Remembrance Day, the 105th anniversary of the end of World War I.  All students and staff wore poppies that paid tribute to either the soldiers, nurses, civilians or animals that have been victims of war. The student leaders led the ceremony, the band played two beautiful pieces, and Owen did a splendid job playing both the Last Post and the Rouse on the trumpet.

Thank you to all the community members who came to our ceremony, and thank you to Ms Pendergast for her organisation of the event.
