In today's digital age, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and tools like ChatGPT offer valuable assistance to parents navigating primary school challenges. Have you tried Chat GPT or other AI platforms? Give it a try for anything.  

Here is how you can use it as a homework helper:

ChatGPT assists with homework questions, making learning at home stress-free. Ask Chat GPT to create worded problems on multiplication for a Year 4 student. Ask it to show the working out and explain the answers. Here is one of the results.

If there are 6 boxes, and each box contains 9 chocolates, how many chocolates are there in total?

For this question, the key is to recognise that multiplication is a way of repeated addition. For example, in the question it's like saying. 9+9+9+9+9+9, but multiplication provides a more efficient way of representing this operation.

To find the total number of chocolates, you multiply the number of boxes (6) by the number of chocolates in each box (9). The result is 54.
