Around the School 

The 2025 Year Six Leaders had the students echoing their names, loud and clear, as they introduced themselves to the school community at assembly on Friday.

Every group has created a poster to put up around the school so that students and staff can easily recognise who they can chat to if they have a suggestion or some feedback relating to one of the six groups.

Each group is keen to make St Mary's an even better place to be. From pumping up balls (Sport Leaders) to bringing back Kahoot Club (Community Leaders) they are ready to be of service to all.

Library - Week 2 in the library! 

Super impressed with all of the library bags that made their way into the library on Wednesday, a necessity for carrying home all of the wonderful books borrowed! I’ve been asked to give recommendations for shared reading, there are lots of book options that are fun to read with your child.  If you’re being ask to start the new David Walliams or Harry Potter, yes that’s me! It’s fun and reading well… we know it’s the best! 

Book Clubs books have been ordered and they are on their way. Thank you to those who ordered from the catalog, the library receives a small percentage. With that I’ve managed to order the new DogMan, looking forward to seeing how long it gets to sit on the shelf! We’re excited to be starting up Story Time again for pre-school siblings!
