Classroom Learning with 2K

In 2K, we have been exploring the beautiful story The Kindest Red in our literacy lessons. This heartfelt book follows the main character, Faizah, as she discovers the power of kindness and how small acts can make a big difference. Through themes of compassion, generosity, and dreaming of a better world, students reflected on how they, too, can spread kindness in their daily lives. Inspired by the story, they then used their imagination to create their own ideal world, describing what makes it special and giving thoughtful reasons why they would love to live there. It has been wonderful to see their creativity shine while reinforcing the importance of kindness in our community!
