Term 3 Student Parent Teacher Interviews – 26 and 27 August 2025

Semester 2 Student Parent Teacher Interviews are scheduled to take place online via Microsoft Teams on Tuesday, 26 August and Wednesday, 27 August, from 4 pm to 6 pm.

These interviews are a valuable opportunity to strengthen the partnership between home and school by fostering open communication.  Interviews also empower students to take ownership of their learning by engaging in reflective conversations with both parents and teachers.

We strongly encourage students to attend the interviews alongside parents. If necessary, students and parents may join from separate devices—particularly helpful for boarding students or those in different locations.

To book appointments, please log in to the Parent Access Module (PAM) via SIMON.

• Each interview will run for 10 minutes and will be conducted online via Microsoft Teams.
• A meeting link for each interview will be available in PAM.
• You may be placed in a virtual lobby while waiting for the teacher to begin. 

Please note that bookings close at midday on Tomorrow, Friday, 22 August.
