Transport - Week 4
The children explored different types of transport through hands-on, imaginative play. They zoomed magnetic cars along road tracks, connected wooden train tracks to build bridges and tunnels, and transported rocks using large dump trucks.
Sensory tubs featured an under-the-sea theme with slime, and a dinosaur world filled with kinetic sand, encouraging creative and tactile play. The children also made their own playdough creations, bowled with soft pins and balls, and sorted colourful pom poms to support their fine motor skills.
Fairy tales - Week 5
This week, our little adventurers dived into the enchanting world of fairytales! They loved feeding the hungry dragon magic stones and exploring a whimsical fairy garden filled with surprises. With fairytale puppets in hand, the children told their own magical stories, sparking creativity and confidence.
Castle building was a hit, and our cosy fairytale tent offered a treasure trove of picture books for quiet exploration. During circle time, we read Goldilocks and the Three Bears, sang some nursery rhymes, and wrapped up the session with some parachute fun that had everyone giggling and moving together.
