Farewell from Bale

As my last day at Northcote PS is next Friday, 19th December, I wanted to take this opportunity to say thank you to the entire NPS community.

Leaving NPS comes with mixed emotions. When I first joined the school, I very quickly realised how special this community is. Our students have been the highlight of every day. Seeing their enthusiasm for learning and watching them grow has been a privilege to be part of. One of the reasons for my move is to create more time with my family, and I’m grateful to the NPS community for the support and understanding as I take this next step.

Thank you as well to our families. Your support and willingness to partner with the school makes a genuine difference. Strong communities are built through shared values, honest communication and kindness, and NPS is a wonderful example of that. I hope that as the school continues to grow, the community continues to recognise and appreciate the remarkable work of the staff and its wonderful students.

As leaders, we always hope to leave a positive mark and to contribute to the ongoing success of a school. I am proud of the work we have achieved together, and I am grateful for the connections made along the way. I will miss everyone at NPS greatly, and I will look back on my time at NPS and the strength of this community with genuine appreciation.

Thank you for the privilege of being part of this community. I look forward to seeing the continued success of Northcote Primary School and hearing about the many achievements of this great community.

Warm regards,

Bale Micovski
