End of Year Raffle
A huge thanks to all the families and friends that bought tickets for the end of year raffle. We sold over 1,000 tickets and raised $4,351.47 towards more sports equipment for the students!

2025 Fundraising Update
One of the main activities undertaken by the Brentwood PFA is fundraising.
We organised a number of events through the year. These range from BBQ’s for school events and of course the “Democracy Sausage” BBQ’s whenever Brentwood is a polling place, to our ever popular, trivia nights and raffles. Most of these events are run in support of ongoing school programs, such as music, performing arts and sport or a new program such as the Robotics club.
2025 fundraising highlights:
$575 from the Election Day “Democracy Sausage” BBQ
$800 from Raffle #1 towards Performing Arts
$4,200 from the Trivia Night towards this year’s school musical production of ‘Spamalot’
$420 from the Music Gala BBQ towards the Instrumental Music Program
$1,000 from the Spamalot Canteen (Run in conjunction with Staff & Students)
$4,350 from Raffle #2 towards more sports equipment
$400 from the Spring Concert BBQ towards the Instrumental Music Program

This year has been a successful and rewarding year for our fundraising efforts. The PFA would like to pass on a big thank you to all those who volunteered to run these events, to the office staff and school leadership team for their support and a huge thank you to the wider community for their donations and support of our events this year!
2025 Wrap-Up
As we reach the end of another busy and rewarding year, the Parents and Friends Association would like to thank our wonderful Brentwood community for all your support throughout 2025!
This year, we were proud to run two successful raffles, host a lively Trivia Night, and fire up the BBQ at several school concerts and election day. We also assisted with the canteen during the school production of Spamalot, which was a fantastic show and a great opportunity to support our talented students.
Every event was made possible thanks to the generosity of our volunteers and the enthusiasm of families who joined in. Your contributions help us fund initiatives that benefit our students and strengthen our school community.
We look forward to another exciting year in 2026, with more opportunities to connect, contribute, and celebrate together. If you’d like to get involved (however scarce your free time is) or learn more about what we do, please reach out – new faces are always welcome! Please also pass on any ideas for future fundraisers or where we can support the school further.
