Closure of College Reception 2025

College Reception will be closed from Friday 5 December 2025 for the school holidays and will reopen on Friday 30 January 2026 for Years 5, 7 and 12 and Monday 2 February 2026 for Years 6, 8, 9, 10 and 11.

Campion Education Textbook Orders

Campion Education Textbook lists have been sent to all parents and carers from Years 7 to 12. Please be reminded that orders are to be completed online at www.campion.com.au using FBJQ as your code by Friday 19 December 2025.

If orders are placed by 19 December, the delivery fee is only $12, for any orders placed after this date, delivery fee will be $18.

Tuesday CLOSED

Wednesday CLOSED

Thursday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Friday 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Last day of trading is Tuesday 2 December 2025.

UNIFORM SHOP - HOLIDAY TRADING HOURS

The Uniform Shop will reopen in 2026 on the dates below:

Tuesday 27 January 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Wednesday 28 January 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Thursday 29 January 10:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Friday 30 January 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Normal trading commences Monday 2 February 2026.

Lost Property

This term we have seen far too many lost items in Lost Property. We remind students and parents/carers of the necessity to label all items of uniform and personal belongings, as stated on page 37 of the College Diary:

All articles of clothing/belongings/devices are to be clearly labelled appropriately
e.g. Joshua Smith NOT Joshua or JS.
Students are notified via their email to collect lost labelled items from College
Reception and a copy of this email is also sent to the Year Coordinator and Homeroom teacher.
All items that are not labelled and have been in Lost Property for a significant time will be removed at the conclusion of the term - they will either go to the Uniform Shop to be resold as “Second Hand” items or to a designated charity.
College Reception cannot be responsible for any lost property, especially for unlabelled items.

We also have many items that are obviously hand-me-downs with different names on them, not names of current students. If you know your son owns such items and they are lost, please ask them to go to College Reception to check if their items are there.
