Wishing Our Year 10 Students Every Success on Their Next Adventure
As we approach the end of the school year, we take this moment to celebrate our Year 10 students who are preparing to transition into the next exciting chapter of their educational journey. This is a time filled with mixed emotions, pride in how far they have come, excitement for what lies ahead, and perhaps a little nervousness about stepping into new environments. Whatever they may be feeling, one thing is certain, they are ready.
Throughout their time here, our Year 10s have shown resilience, curiosity, leadership and compassion. They have grown not only in knowledge but in character, and these qualities will carry them confidently into new Colleges, new friendships and new opportunities. Whether they are pursuing academic pathways, vocational training, or exploring new interests, each student is beginning a journey uniquely their own.
Transitioning to a new College can feel daunting, but it is also a chance to discover strengths, broaden horizons and shape future goals. We encourage students to embrace this moment with courage and an open mind. Ask questions, seek support when needed, and remember that new beginnings often bring some of life's most memorable experiences.
To our Year 10 students, we are incredibly proud of you. Thank you for the energy, enthusiasm and spirit you have brought to our school community. As you leave us to continue your education elsewhere, know that you carry with you the good wishes of friends and staff who believe deeply in your potential.
May your next steps be filled with discovery, courage and joy. Embrace every opportunity, the best chapters of your story are still ahead.

Hello December!
Somehow, we blinked and here we are at the final chapter of the year.
December is a month that often fills up quickly with plans, people, celebrations, chaos, emotions…all of it.
So for the final Self Care Monthly for the year, here is an advent-style month of tiny daily self-care moments. Little reminders to slow down, breathe, and look after yourself amidst the fun and the stress.
Because here’s the thing: while December is full of giving to others, the most powerful gift you can offer is you at your best. A person who is rested, centered, and gently taken care of. When you look after yourself first, you show up brighter for everyone else. And honestly… the world needs your brightest self.
Over the past 12 months, I hope the self-care prompts have made you pause, smile, try something new, or simply remember that you deserve care too. Even the smallest act of self-care can change the whole feel of a day - and sometimes that ripple reaches others in ways you may not realise.
So here’s to a December that’s soft where it needs to be, joyful where it can be, and filled with little pockets of peace just for you.
Wishing you a warm, magical, and wonderful festive season and the kindest possible start to the new year.
And if this month feels heavy - for you or someone you love, please remember there are people ready to listen and support. You never have to go through it alone.
