Lost Property

Our lost property bins are currently overflowing with a variety of items, including non-school jackets, raincoats, school jackets, hats, lunchboxes, drink bottles, hair accessories, and other unnamed or poorly labelled belongings. 

The lost property boxes can be found at the entrance of the gymnasium and in the main school building near the staff restrooms. We encourage you to check these locations either before or after school to retrieve any lost items belonging to your child.

Additionally, when purchasing new or second-hand school clothing, lunchboxes, and drink bottles, please ensure that they are clearly labelled with your child's first and last name to aid in their return if lost. 

Student Medication​

If your child requires prescription medication at school a medication authority form must be completed as per below attachment or a copy can be collected from the school office.

Medication must be in its original packaging with the pharmacy label including the child’s name attached.

If your child has a medical condition and requires ongoing medication a general medical advice form (WHPS Medication Authority Form) must be completed in consultation with your family doctor or paediatrician.

The forms used at Wheelers Hill Primary School for anaphylaxis, allergies and asthma are attached below or can be collected from the school office.

Donations

Donations of tissue boxes are very welcomed for the school sickbay.
