Wellbeing

During F- 2 Wellbeing classes with Miss Keath, students are engaging in the Grow Your Mind program. Grow Your Mind is a research-based social and emotional learning program that helps children understand their brains, emotions and behaviours, and develop skills such as resilience, self-regulation, empathy and positive relationships.
We are incredibly grateful to have received one of the 2025 Project Flourish Scholarships, which provided our school with a range of high-quality resources from the Grow Your Mind team. Miss Keath is very excited to be using these resources during Wellbeing lessons and throughout the Calm Corners in our Foundation to Year 2 classrooms.
As part of the scholarship, we received a class set of the beautiful graphic novel How to Be a Good Enough Kid. This story supports both children and parents by exploring mental fitness, resilience and self-belief in a child-friendly and relatable way. Copies of the book are now available in our school library for families to borrow.
