YEAR 12 - FINAL WEEK

Year 12’s Last Week at Inverell High School

Our Year 12 students have enjoyed a vibrant and memorable final week at Inverell High School. Festivities began with “Anything But a Bag” Day, where students got creative with alternatives to school bags—ranging from eskys to lego heads—setting the tone for a week full of laughter and fun.

The week continued with a “When I Grow Up” dress-up day, where students and year advisers showcased their dreams by donning costumes representing future careers such as doctors, builders, vets, nurses, and even bus drivers.

Fundraising for the Inverell VRA was also a highlight, with the Year 12 Charity Car Wash drawing strong community support.

The students continued their fundraising at McDonald’s, thanks to the generosity of Inverell McDonald’s, who donated and doubled a portion of sales. 

On Wednesday, Year 12 hosted their Charity Night, raising money for the Inverell VRA with support from even more local sponsors. We’re grateful to all students, staff, donors, and local businesses who contributed.

The Year 12 Farewell Assembly on Friday, 25th September was a memorable occasion celebrating the achievements and growth of our graduating class of 2026.
