Basketball
The basketball season is well underway, but there are still places available in the following teams:
- Boys currently in Years Eight and Nine (Division 3)
- Boys currently in Year Twelve or graduated in 2023 (Division 2)
Assistant coaches are also being sought for the Year Six Girls' and Year Seven/Eight Girls’ teams.

Netball
Trials have been organised for the 2024 season at ALAC, as below. Please register to attend by Friday 2 February. We are strongly encouraging senior players to represent our club.
- A Grade: Years Ten, Eleven and Twelve in 2024 and Adults
- Trial 1 - 04/02/2024 12.45 - 3.00pm (please arrive at 12.30pm)
- Trial 2 - 18/02/2024 12.45 - 3.00pm (please arrive at 12.30pm)
- B Grade: Years 7, 8 and 9 in 2024
- Trial 1 - 04/02/2024 8.45 - 11.45am (please arrive at 8.30am)

- D Grade: Years 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 in 2024

Great Southern Griffins Netball Committee
Soccer, Hockey and Volleyball
Registration information for these three winter sports will be available in coming weeks.
Each of these Committees urgently require new members to join and take on roles to ensure a smooth start to the season. Role descriptions can be found on the Griffins website. If you have any capacity to help, be it large or small, please email admin@griffins.org.au and you will be connected with the particular sport. We encourage a lot of people to do a little, rather than a little doing a lot.
