Hi Parents and Guardians,
It is a new year and we have many exciting things for our HEPS Community that we would love your support with. If you are interested in coming to a meeting to see what the HEPS PA is all about we would love to meet you. If you would like to join the HEPS PA for 2024 please complete the registration form and hand it in to the office. This form and the HEPS PA Consitution will be made available on Compass. We are a fun group of parents and staff who plan fun events for our school community. Below is a position description of the roles of the members of the PA.
Our next meeting and AGM will be Thursday 29th Feb 2024 at 2 pm in the staffroom.

The HEPS PA Secretary is required to maintain a log of registered members of the HEPS PA and their addresses in accordance with the HEPS PA’s Constitution.
The Parents’ HEPS PA will seek to provide information including meeting agendas and any supporting documentation via email.

This form will be filed in the school building, will be the property of the Minister and will be made available to officers authorised by the Secretary of the Department of Education and Training.
All school clubs, (including Parents’ Clubs), are governed by the Department of Education and Training, and therefore must protect the information that they collect. This means that all members of the HEPS PA must comply with Victorian privacy law and the Schools’ Privacy Policy. All ‘personal information’ collected, used or disclosed by this Club, is protected by the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic) and Health Records Act 2001 (Vic) (collectively, Victorian privacy law).

Twilight Sports Night
We have our twilight sports coming up on Friday the 15th of March. We are hoping to provide food from different cultures. If you are interested in cooking an international cuisine such as a curry or Okonomiyaki during the day in preparation for the twilight sports please contact the PA at pa@heathmonteastps.vic.edu.au.
All ingredients will be supplied by HEPS we just need some support to cook and prepare the food.
