Get a digital Working with Children Check now Add a digital Working with Children Check card to the Service Victoria app on your phone, so you can easily store and show your Check. It’s easy, private and secure. Even if your physical card is still valid, you can get a digital card too. You can keep using the physical card until it expires so long as your clearance remains valid. The digital card is an online alternative to the physical card and will:
A digital Working with Children Check card is safer than a physical card. You can’t lose it, and it shows the status of your Working with Children Check in real-time. Applying for or renewing your Working with Children Check through Service Victoria hasn’t changed. How to get a digital card It takes less than 5 minutes to add a digital card to your phone. Before you start you’ll need:
Open your Service Victoria app and tap ‘My Wallet’ at the bottom of the screen. Tap ‘Working with Children Check’ and follow the instructions. Once you’ve added your digital card, tap ‘My Wallet’ to see and show it. Children and young people are being exposed to gambling through gaming. This is an important presentation for parents of primary and secondary school aged children.
Penny Christie has worked for the Victorian Responsible Gambling Foundation in the Gamblers Help team at EACH for almost 7 years as a Community Engagement Officer.
The role provides a platform to enable current evidence-based information sharing, about the risks and harm caused by gambling within the community.
Penny is passionate about informing young people and adults about the perils and collateral damage caused by gambling harm and how the normalisation of gambling and gaming within Australian society is driving more people to gamble.
