Their Care 

Hi everyone,

Welcome back to TheirCare for Term 2. 

For the first week of term, our theme was Autumn Week . It was so easy to do with such beautiful sunshine . The kids enjoyed an outdoor picnic afternoon tea .

Painting flower templates and modeling with clay. 

Our current week is Anzac week . The children listened to a child-friendly Anzac story. 

We listened to a bugle call and had a one-minute silence . It was a perfect opportunity for children to express their understanding of war and to understand what  Anzac Day means to all Australians . They painted poppies and really enjoyed this . Always plenty of play outside . By the time you see this newsletter, they would have also made Anzac biscuits.
