A few messages from The GREEN Team                                                                

Bottle scheme

Can you please each bring in one or more empty bottles or cans.

We will use the money for –

-The Junior garden behind the JLC

-The GREEN Team garden works to make our school look beautiful and to create habitat for birds and other animals

-A 15% donation will go to an Environmental Charity like Team SEAS.

When:  Any day

What: Please bring in 10cent recycling bottles – sparkling water bottles, water bottles, Sprite, soda cans, juice boxes

Where: bring them to your classroom and The GREEN Team will come to collect them.  In the JLC, please place them in the CDCS recycling bin.  

Gum Boot Garden 

If you have any old, worn-down gum boots, that aren’t broken, please bring them into school for our Gum Boot Garden. This up-cycles them.

This garden will grow flowers and make our school unique and bright.

When:  over the next two weeks

What: old gum boots

Where: bring them to your classroom and The GREEN Team will come to collect them.
