Generations In Jazz

On Friday 4th May our Jazz performers headed to Mt Gambier for a weekend full of fun and music. 

Our students performed to and listened to some of the best jazz musicians from around the country. Congratulations to the students in the VBC Small Jazz Combo who placed 1st in there division. Well done students and staff.

Congratulations to two of our students who have been selected for the division one SUPERBAND. Super band members are the best of all the schools competing. We are very proud of Hannah Haynes (Vocals) and Long Dinh (Flute) well done to you both. 

Autumn Music Festival 

Congratulations to our Music students for a fabulous night of entertainment at the Autumn Night Festival. 

The students were very well prepped and prepared by our awesome instrumental music team.

Special thanks to Tom Krieg and Emily Palekis for bringing it all together.

Ticket sales from the Autumn Music Festival and other celebrations of musical talent help to ensure the music program thrives via the purchase of new instruments and required musical supplies.  

Thank-you to all FOPA members, parents and staff who contributed to running of the BBQ and to those who enjoyed a sausage or veggie burger on the evening. 

Every little bit counts and we appreciate your support.
