Grade Three / Four

What an amazing couple of weeks we have had with our Science Extravaganza and our Production. The children were so excited, resilient and hard working throughout the whole jumbled up week, so a HUGE congratulations to them and you as we KNOW that your support helped us all through that week and every week. 

SCIENCE EXTRAVAGANZA

Below are some photos of our amazing session where the students explored chemical reactions  making ice cream (and yes we used salt as part of our experiment) and an experiment showing how heat affects states of matter. 

CHANGE OF DATE FOR ATHLETICS CARNIVAL

Just a reminder that the St Liborius Athletics Carnival has been changed to Thursday the 4th of September at the Flora Hill Athletics Track.  

YEAR 3/4 MASS - FRIDAY 29th AUGUST

On Friday the 29th of August Year 3,4 will celebrate Mass in the Liborius Centre at 9:15am. The Year 4 students will then enjoy their Morning Cuppa in the MacKillop Room at the conclusion of Mass. All families of students in Year 4 are welcome to attend this special morning tea.  

YEAR 3/4 ANGLES

Year 3,4 students have been learning about angles and had a lot of fun learning how to use a protractor!
