Wellbeing

Vermont Secondary School

The Wellbeing team welcomes you to 2026 and a new school year!

The Wellbeing team offers support to young people and their families who are experiencing and dealing with a wide range of mental health and wellbeing concerns.

The best way to get in contact with us is through your child’s Student Manager or House teams. Alternatively, if the issue is of a sensitive nature you can always call through the front office or send us an email directly through compass.

The Well Being team in 2026 includes the following staff:

  • Leesa Moar, Team Leader and social worker (Monday to Friday)

  • Michelle Cutler, Social worker (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday)

  • Bo Pinder, Psychology teacher and Well Being team member (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday)

  • Alex Tiver, Psychology teacher and Well Being team member (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday)

  • Stef Mira, Social Worker (Monday through to Thursday)

Vermont Secondary College subscribes to SchoolTV – SchoolTV provides information around issues relevant to families and parents of school aged children, including anxiety, school refusal, internet use and addiction. Parents of VSC can access SchoolTV via the link on our school website or Compass and can use the language tab on the website to access the information in many different languages. We encourage all families spend some time familiarising themselves with this website
