📚 Library Wrap-Up – End of Year 2025 📚

As 2025 draws to a close, we want to thank all our students, staff and families for a brilliant year in the Library. It has been a joy to watch our school’s reading culture grow stronger than ever, with students diving into new stories, exploring big ideas, and borrowing books in record numbers.

From Book Week to Minecraft Education, from Top Borrower certificates to the much-loved Hot Chippy Lunch competitions, this year has been packed with energy, imagination and a love of learning. We raised $3,272.50 through our Book Fair, which went straight back into the Library collection, and saw dozens of students recognised for their reading commitment and library engagement.

🥇 Top Borrowing Class – Term 4 A huge congratulations to 3C, who borrowed an impressive 243 books in Term 4 and have taken out the final Hot Chippy Lunch reward for the year. Your borrowing efforts have been outstanding!

📖 Top Borrowing Students – 2025 This year’s top readers went above and beyond. Congratulations to our overall Top Borrower, Steph K in 6J, who borrowed an incredible 123 books throughout the year. Following closely were:

• Savannah M (6J) – 108 books
• Kaisha P (3C) – 96 books
• Aylah M (3C) – 93 books
• Dextah A (5C) – 87 books
• Isabella M (3C) – 81 books

Your commitment to reading has not gone unnoticed — well done!

📚 Returning Books As we prepare the Library for the holidays, we ask that all remaining books be returned as soon as possible so they can be repaired, renewed and ready for 2026. Books can be returned before or after school all week.

Thank you again for a wonderful year. The Library is more than just a room full of books… it’s a place of curiosity and creativity and we’re grateful to share it with you all.
