Excitement in the air

Wow! What a start to the year. Routines, expectations, colouring, heart maps, learning pits, maths goals, and an abundance of decorating front covers. Our new Grade Four students have settled in nicely to the term and we look forward to the challenges and growth ahead. 

“We have been feeling great about this term because we are learning about having a Growth Mindset in Maths. It helps us with our own Maths because as we keep learning and have a growth mindset it helps you work towards the more complicated maths.”

As you may know, camp is also coming up next Thursday the 12th of February to Friday the 13th of February. You can feel the excitement amongst the cohort as they start learning about the camp.

“We are excited for our Year Four Surf Camp! We will be surfing, canoeing and bike riding. It just sounds like so much fun and we can’t wait to share our adventures with you.”

“Overall, this term has been very nice. Now that everyone is new and has a fresh start it is good for our learning and a great chance to meet new people. It just feels amazing, incredible, astounding and marvellous being in Year Four.”
