Mongolia 2024
This year Socktober will raise funds for programs like the Don Bosco Caring Center in Mongolia, a safe home for children who have been abandoned, are homeless, or are fleeing desperate situations. The Caring Center aims to provide hope for these children when they need it most.
All students and staff are encouraged to wear theme socks for the first three Friday's of this term. PLEASE support Socktober by donating a GOLD coin.
Week 1 - Friday, 18th October - Animal Socks
During Socktober, our students will engage with the Head, Heart, Hands framework while exploring Catholic Social Teaching. Socktober draws on Human Dignity, Solidarity, Common Good, Preferential Option for the Poor, Stewardship of Creation, and Subsidiarity among others.
