YMCA OSHC

This week the children have been very creative, from painting, making key chains, completing Lego challenges and even cooking. One of our biggest hits this week has been making slime, which we seem to be making almost everyday, much to the joy of all children. We have also been discussing pets a lot this week as Ruth (coordinator) got a puppy on the weekend, and sharing all of our pets and what they get up to during discussion time. 

Our holiday program for September is out so we were also looking at what fun activities we would like to do at some of the YMCA programs, check out down below for Lightning Reefs schedule or pop in to speak to Ruth about our other programs. 

Also thanks Felix for directing a bird that flew in to the hall. Felix scaffolded for the bird how to fly through the doors and then turned into a flight director to ensure it made it's way home. Eventually it did, which we are sure is due to learnt skills at OSHC!
