ESP (Education Support Personnel) Day

This Friday is ESP Day. We all know that schools would not function without the amazing support of our ESP. At the NCTTC we are very fortunate to have the support of a wide range of ESP, not just from Charlton College, but also from schools across the north-central cluster. We would like to acknowledge and thank them for all of the valuable work they do to support our staff and students.

First Aid- HLTAID011

As a component of some VET certificates, students must undertake First Aid (HLTAID011). Staff have been reminding relevant students of the need to ensure attendance on Thursday 22 May when First Aid training will occur. Non- attendance means non-completion and a student may not be able to complete all of the requirements for their VET certificate if they do not attend on this date. Students undertaking the following subjects will be required to complete their First Aid on Thursday 22 May:

• VET Allied Health

• VET Animal Care

• VET Community Services

• VET Cookery

• VET Sport, Aquatics & Recreation

Please note that another First Aid Day will be held in September for students who need to complete a different First Aid certificate (HLTAID010) and CRP refreshers- details will be provided closer to the date.
