It was great to see students donning blue last Friday to show their support for Do It For Dolly Day – to help make a difference to end bullying!

A big thank you to Parents Club for running a ‘Mini Fete’. Everyone enjoyed their time.

Today our Year 9 students will be undertaking the first of their “Broader Horizons” sessions organised with the NCLLEN. The industries they will visit today will be Teys Australia (Charlton Feedlot) and Dirt Fabrication. We look forward to hearing about what they learn on their visit.

Parent/Student/Teacher Conferences are on tonight!! I look forward to seeing everyone as they take advantage of this opportunity to meet with staff to share your child’s learning experiences.

We wish the students taking part in the North Central District Cross Country event on Friday all the very best. We hope they run their best.

Next Tuesday, our Year 9 students will travel to Birchip to attend the Youth Health Expo. Just a reminder to those who haven’t already to gain consent via the Compass app.

Weekly Wrap Year 7:

Year 7 Health:

This week in Year 7 we have been tracking our sleep in our Healthy Habits Journal. We have also been investigating screen time in teens and the impact it has on their lives. Next week we will be tracking our daily screen time!

Year 7 Math:

Year 7's have been busy studying for their upcoming test!

Year 7 Food:

The Year 7’s have continued with their baking unit. Last week they made Yo Yo’s for a special treat for Mother’s Day.
