Weekly Wrap: Year 3/4

Year 3/4 had busy week full of fun activities. Students participated in the Country and Belonging day, Calder Winter Sports, went gold panning during our Humanities unit, finished off their landmarks around the world artwork.

STOMP Dance

This week, our students have been enthusiastically participating in the STOMP Dance Program, engaging in dynamic sessions that blend movement, music, and creativity. To celebrate their hard work and progress, we invite all families and friends to a special showcase on Friday at 9:30 AM in the school stadium. This performance will highlight the students' learning and achievements throughout the week. We look forward to seeing you there to support and applaud our students' efforts!

Star of the Week:

Foundation: Tully, for excellent effort in his math fluency.

 

Year 1/2: Danni, for always helping someone with their jobs during the week without being asked.

Year 3/4: Campbell, for jumping in and helping out.

Book Review by Eve

Eve recommended the book from the Ella Diaries sires 'Treasure tails' by Meredith Costain and Danielle McDonald. The adventure book involves the main characters of Ella, Olivia, Max, Mum, Dad and Grandma. It is set in Bali where the family go on a holiday to have lots of adventures. She would recommend the book to Years 2 to 4 and rates it 4/5 stars.
