Principal's Message

Ms Grace Carlo-Stella

Dear Parents and Carers,

Welcome to Term Two

Welcome back to school for what promises to be an exciting and enriching Term Two. I hope you enjoyed a joyful and restful Easter break and were able to reflect on the joy of the risen Lord and spend meaningful time with family and loved ones.

As we begin this new term, we continue to embrace our 2025 theme: Learning and Thriving in 25. This theme reminds us that learning is at the heart of all we do. We are committed to nurturing each student’s personal growth, academic progress and wellbeing ensuring they thrive in every sense.

We are excited about the term ahead and the many opportunities it brings. Our first event will be a visit from special guest speaker Luke Kennedy on Tuesday 6 May 2025. Luke will share a powerful message about resilience, self-belief and making positive life choices. I look forward to seeing you at our Partners at StMM’s meeting. Here is the link if you have not already registered. Please contact the office if you require to bring your child/ren with you as we will make provisions.

Next week, we will celebrate the wonderful women in our lives with our Mother’s Day Stall and Liturgy. This is always a highlight of the school year and we warmly invite all mothers, grandmothers and special women in our community to join us for this special occasion. Thank you to the Year Three grade parents who are organising a great morning tea with the year three parents.

All key dates for Term Two are available on the Compass Calendar, which we encourage you to check regularly. Staying up to date with the school newsletter and Compass alerts is the most reliable way to stay informed about school events and notices.

Please note that while some parents may choose to use WhatsApp or other messaging groups, these platforms are not managed, monitored or endorsed by the school. Any information shared through these channels is not considered official school communication

Additionally, we kindly remind all families that WhatsApp is not the appropriate forum to raise concerns or grievances about staff or the school

If you have any concerns or questions, we strongly encourage you to contact the school directly, where we welcome open, respectful and constructive dialogue.

Thank you for your ongoing support. We look forward to partnering with you throughout Term Two as our students continue to learn and thrive in 25.

Kind Regards,

Grace
