YEAR 11 

Last week we were fortunate enough to have Alana from Elevate Education speak to our year 11s regarding time management and study skills. This year we also trialled a parent seminar,  aimed to provide parents with strategies to further help their students at home. This session also provided our College team with insight into the struggles parents are having, which we will use to create some resources. 

This week’s SEL lesson will focus on helping student recognise emotions and providing them with the opportunity and guidance to come up with strategies to help them manage uncomfortable emotions.
