Last week we commemorated the remarkable career journey of Wayne Hedger, who has dedicated an impressive 48 years to our company.

Since starting as an Accountant Trainee at James Hardie Irrigation Pty on September 2nd , 1976, Wayne has move around through various roles with dedication and integrity. A quick look back in time:

September 14, 1977: Elevated to Junior Clerk

March 2, 1981: Promoted to Assistant Accountant

March 7, 2001: Rose to the role of Senior Business Analyst

September 26, 2005: Stepped up as General Accounting Manager

February 19, 2007: Assumed leadership as Manager, Transactional Accounting

Aside from his exemplary work ethic, Wayne also fills the office with his keen passion for volleyball, treating the team to weekly ball-by-ball commentaries. We've grown accustomed to eagerly anticipating his updates, sometimes even having to inquire when he holds back after a loss.

As we commemorate this remarkable milestone, I want to extend our gratitude to Wayne for his enduring contributions and commitment. We are privileged to have Wayne as a valued member of our team, a true example of professionalism and dedication. We eagerly look forward to celebrating his 50th anniversary with us.
