Vision for Learners 

NAPLAN sessions for Year 7 and 9 students will be starting next week and finishing in Week 8. The schedule starts with Writing on Wednesday, followed by Reading on Thursday next week. The Conventions of Language sessions will occur in Week 8 on Monday and Numeracy on Tuesday. Catch up sessions for students who missed a session will be conducted through out the two week window.

Please support your child at home to come prepared, with a charged laptop and a set of wired and working headphones. It is also important to keep this round of national testing in perspective.  Students should aim to try their very best, and also remember that these are only one indicator of skills in literacy and numeracy. They provide a one day snapshot and do not take into account other important aspects of students life that we as a College also value. Students are  encouraged to visit the public demonstration site to sit some practice tests.  These tests are a good way for students to practise in the online environment.
