Welcome back to Term 2!

We have had a busy and exciting start to the term, and we are delighted to welcome back Mrs Soumelidis and Bo this week.

On Monday, 20th April, all staff participated in a system-wide professional learning day focused on Disability, Neurodiversity, and Inclusive Education. Our teams worked collaboratively to deepen their understanding of these important areas and explored practical teaching strategies to better support the diverse learners here at Bonnyrigg Public School.

A gentle reminder to all parents and carers: if you have any concerns about your child’s development or learning, please don't hesitate to make an appointment with Mrs Gagliano. We are committed to supporting every child to reach their full potential.

Please remember to check School Bytes and your emails regularly for important messages from the school. We have noticed some families are not engaging regularly with School Bytes, leading to missed opportunities for students who don’t have permission for certain events. If you need assistance with School Bytes, our friendly office team is more than happy to help.

We also need your support in promoting our wonderful school to help boost enrolments. Our community is our strongest advocate, so please share with other families the unique opportunities and supportive environment we offer at Bonnyrigg Public School. Additionally, we are seeking parents interested in helping with a letterbox drop to further spread the word. If you’d like to get involved, please see Mrs Jamhour or the front office.

We look forward to a productive and successful term ahead.

Warm regards,

Mrs Hayton

Relieving Principal
