School Photos
Sibling photos with St Mary's students.
These photos will only be taken on Monday 1st June between 7.30am and 8.30am at St Mary's College. (Please note, this is not St Xavier's Photo Day). It will be parent responsibility to get your child to St Mary's for the photo and then bring them to school. These photos can only be ordered by phoning MSP Photography before Friday 29th May to book a time.

Winter Uniform
A reminder that all students should now be in their full winter uniform.
IMPORTANT- Allergy Aware- School Lunches
St Xavier's is an Allergy Aware School. We have a number of students who have severe and mild allergies to both peanuts and tree nuts. Please be very conscious of this when packing your child's lunch. The smallest traces can cause a severe anaphylactic reaction. We ask that you do not pack Nutella, peanut butter, other nut butters and nut bars etc for your child to consume at school. Thank you for your understanding.
Pupil Free Days
At St Xavier's, we are committed to providing your children with the most engaging and effective learning environment possible. To maintain this high standard, our teaching staff regularly engages in "Professional Development".
Please note that there will be no school for students on the following days:
- Monday 20th July
- Tuesday 21st July
- Monday 12th October
Little Blue Wren Student Cafe
As the Canteen is now run by a private contractor all enquiries should be directed straight to the Canteen. If you have any feedback concerning lunch orders please email them on littlebluewrenstudentcafe@gmail.com
If you have a message regarding late orders etc please ring the school and you will be put through to the Canteen.

2026 School Fees
The 2026 School Fees have been invoiced. Instalments are due on the 21st of each month. Please contact Jeni Muller in the office with any school fee related issues or concerns.
Medication Alert
A reminder to parents that ALL medication should be handed into the office, it must not be kept in your child's bag. Any medication must be provided in it's original packaging with written (or emailed) instructions for administration.
All new or updated Medical Plans must be shared with our Office. It is a legal requirement that we have the most recent plan in place. This is of course for the safety and well being of our students.

Introducing your new P & F Executive Committee!
The Combined Catholic Schools P & F held their AGM recently and welcomed a new Executive Committee.

We thank the out going committee members, Rachael Duff & Vibi Williams for all their time and effort they've given the P & F, and look forward to a prosperous 12 months with the amazing new committee at the helm!
If you'd like to assist the committee, all Parents and Friends of St Xavier's Primary School and St Mary's College are encouraged to attend our regular meetings, held on the 4th Wednesday of the month.
