Hands On Learning

Over the past couple of weeks the Hands on Learning team have been busy coming up with a name and design for their pop up cafe and have begun painting a sign for it. 

They will host the Foundation students for a special cafe/restaurant lunch experience later in the term. 

So far this term, the staff have been treated to sausage rolls, muesli yogurt fruit cups and raspberry and white chocolate muffins. 

Our lunches have been delicious; Sushi and Salad ham and chicken rolls and wraps. 

Coming up, we’re hosting a muffin day for the grade 6’s on Tuesday 29th October and the grade 5’s on Tuesday 12th November. 

All other grades will get their turn at the beginning of next year. Baking 500 muffins in one morning is a big ask (and probably impossible!) so we’ll do it 1 year level at a time.
