Guided Walking Tour

Last week our Year 9 & 10 Money & Markets students took part in a guided walking tour of the local area, exploring several properties that had either been recently sold or were currently for sale. This hands-on excursion aimed to enhance their understanding of the housing market and the factors that influence property prices. Prior to the tour, students analysed online data for each property, enabling them to make informed observations during the tour. After the excursion, they applied their learning by estimating the potential selling prices of properties coming up for auction. This practical experience offered valuable insights into real-world market dynamics.
