Grade 4 Myrtle 

In Geography, Myrtle students have been learning about different landscapes including the Natural Wonders of the World. 

After investigating The Great Barrier Reef, we extended our search and investigated the Grand Canyon, Victoria Falls, Mount Everest, Northern Lights, Paracutin Volcano, and the Harbour of Rio De Janeiro. Students have been having excellent discussions about how climate change and tourism are impacting these natural wonders. Students were required to independently research a Natural Wonder of the World, and create a poster with location information, interesting facts, illustrations and images.
