Year 1/2 Learning Reflection

Weeks 4 & 5

We have been learning about recycling- what it means to recycle and exploring many different things we can recycle.  Talk to your child and see how you could continue to recycle at home!

The Grade 1/2s have been busy measuring the length of objects around the room to find something that was was shorter than, the same as and longer than their ribbon.

More measuring! This time finding the length of 2A's classroom using unifix blocks.

We have been playing games to reinforce addition strategies such as doubling and knowing our tens facts.

2B enjoying playing maths games to learn about our doubles facts.
