Prep Learning Reflection

We have been having a blast in Prep and learning about some amazing things!

In writing, it has been great to learn about new topics like volcanoes and write the facts we have learnt. We always are so excited to share our amazing writing with each other. We are also learning the differences between fiction and non-fiction. 

We are becoming brave independent readers having a go and trying our best to say the sounds and read the word!

In Word Study we are learning /d/, /e/, /f/, /v/ and having fun with our Sounds Write phonics program. We have enjoyed playing games with partners to build our confidence!

In Unit of Work we are learning all about our families and have loved drawing portraits and building houses with the members of our family!
